BRAND AMBASSADORS
Savvy Cie is seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our Jewelry Roadshow team at Costco locations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, customer engagement, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Position Details:
• W-2 Employee Position
• Full-Time Event Schedule (40+ hours available during the event)
• Paid Training
• Competitive Hourly Compensation
• Opportunity for future event assignments based on performance and availability
Primary Responsibilities:
• Represent the Savvy Cie jewelry collection in a professional manner
• Engage with Costco members and provide product information
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain visual presentation and organization of the sales booth
• Follow all Savvy Cie and Costco policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications:
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Commitment to scheduled event dates and hours
Work Requirements:
• Black professional attire required
• 15-minute paid break for shifts over 4 hours
• 30-minute unpaid meal period required for full-day shifts
• Must be comfortable working in a high-volume Costco environment
