What information does Savvy collect?
When you visit the Savvy website, personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.) is only collected if you provide it to Savvy. This information may include inquiries through Savvy’s consumer services contact page, registration on Savvy’s site, placement of an order, subscription to or request for Savvy emails, and response to a survey or fill out a form on the Savvy website in order to post comments on products or interact with Savvy in any other way, including contest entries. You may visit Savvy’s site anonymously.
In addition, Savvy may also use other data for market research, advertising and promotional purposes.

How does Savvy protect your information?
Savvy implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Savvy offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (including credit cards information) WILL NOT be stored on Savvy’s servers.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some Savvy services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders by contacting Savvy customer service.
Does Savvy disclose any information to outside parties?
Savvy does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Savvy with operating its website, conducting its business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
